Job Title: Mixologist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Interact with customers, taking drink orders and making recommendations.
• Prepare garnishes and glassware to enhance drink presentation.
• Handle cash and process payments for drinks.
• Maintain inventory, including stocking supplies and checking expiration dates.
• Ensure bar area is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Adhere to local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Maintain records of drink sales, stock levels, and customer preferences.
• Upsell drinks, promotions, and special offerings to customers.
• Clean and sanitize bar equipment and utensils at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 per month.
