Role Overview
- We are seeking a proactive BDSP Officer to provide hands-on business development support to MSMEs in the fashion industry.
- This role focuses on enabling growth strategies, opening up market access, and connecting businesses with financial and collaborative opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute business growth strategies tailored to MSMEs
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and expansion opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with MSMEs, service providers, and stakeholders
- Facilitate strategic partnerships, networking events, and sales initiatives
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide data-driven improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in business development, financial inclusion, or market access (experience in consulting or banking is an added advantage)
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience supporting MSMEs or startups to scale operations.
- Accommodation: Provided for the first 3 months
- Candidate Requirement: Must reside in Aba or a nearby state or be willing to relocate.
