Dunphill Limited - Our client, a financial institution in Lagos, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to promote and engage them on daily deposits.
• Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
• Generate sales leads to expand the savings customer base.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
• Achieve established performance targets within the specific time frame.
• Source for new high-end customers, persuading them to deposit money.
• Maintaining existing deposit clients.
• Inform the client of the status of their deposit from time to time.
• Work with the existing credit officers to develop and implement a business plan to improve deposit mobilization and retention of deposits in the branch.
• Contribute to the development of innovative savings products in line with customer needs
• Marketing and sale of all bank’s deposit products.
• Meet assigned targets and quotas in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND / OND with 5 years experience in the financial Institutions or microfinance industry.
• Not more than 37 years.
• Prior experience as a deposit mobilization officer in a financial institution.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Candidate should be resident in Lagos.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
