Job Title: Floor Sales Supervisor
Location: Oke-lewo, Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and share feedback with management
- Stay updated on the latest mobile phone trends and gadget releases
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an NCE / OND.
- 1 - 2 years proven experience in retail sales. preferably in electronics or phone gadgets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS system.
