Team Leader at Diamond Development Initiatives (DDI)

Diamond Development Initiatives (DDI) is a Nigerian not-for-profit organization that complements the role of development agencies, donors, and other funding organizations by providing technical assistance in the design, planning and implementation of various development initiatives. Established in 2002, DDI harnesses a multi-sectoral ecosystem of government, business and social services, layering development, growth and strengthening of small and medium-scale grassroots businesses – particularly in agriculture, agro-based businesses, off-grid energy solutions, youth-led entrepreneurship development, and economic empowerment.

We are  preparing for an anticipated project and are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Nigeria

Responsibility

• The ideal candidate will meet with government officials and other in-country stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ability to triangulate programmatic, financial, and health product data and findings to ensure adequate quality assurance of deliverables.
• Sound knowledge of the grant implementation context.
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
• Able to establish strong linkages/Partnerships with all key stakeholders.
• Understanding of governance and risk management issues.
