Job Title: Head, Aviation Business

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall performance of the Aviation Department towards the attainment of business objectives
• Providing effective leadership to the Aviation Department & implementing team operating principles/procedures
• Develop and implement an Annual Sales and Operations plan towards ensuring profitable returns on the business through various strategic business initiatives
• Constantly communicating with Management/location in-charges of business opportunities, concerns, Petroleum Sector developments and recommending solutions
• Identify and evaluate new business and Depot location development opportunities
• Appraising the performance of the location in-charges for their stock-loss and give feedback for improving individual performance.
• Manage Government regulatory affairs by ensuring sustainable cordial relationships with relevant regulatory authorities like FAAN, NMDPRA, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess a good University Degree in any related discipline
• An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage
• Must have 5-10 years in the aviation industry

Competencies & Attributes:

• Strong understanding of Aviation business dynamics
• Proven track record in leading sales/operations team(s) 
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
