Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive HR Support Officer to join their Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to shape talent strategies and drive HR excellence in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify internal/external talent pools, manage recruitment, and partner with universities/agencies for pipeline development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Analyze industry trends, implement reward strategies, and manage group benefit schemes (insurance, pensions, etc.).
- Performance Management: Develop frameworks, tools, and competency models to track and enhance employee performance.
- Learning & Development: Design training plans, manage knowledge repositories, and coach managers on talent development.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while acting as a liaison for employee feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Postgraduate degree or CIPM/NIHRM membership is a plus.
Experience:
- 2–3+ years in HR generalist roles, preferably in oil & gas, engineering, or FMCG.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR analytics.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
