Job Title: Baker

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ingredient Preparation: Measuring, weighing, and combining ingredients according to recipes.
• Dough Handling: Kneading, rolling, cutting, and shaping dough for various baked goods.
• Baking: Setting oven temperatures, placing items in ovens, and monitoring the baking process to ensure proper cooking and appearance.
• Decorating and Finishing: Applying icings, glazes, and decorations to enhance the presentation of baked goods.
• Recipe Development and Execution: Creating, executing, and potentially developing new recipes.
• Quality Control: Assessing the quality of raw materials and finished products.

Other Responsibilities:

• Workstation Management: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
