Job Title: Program Manager

About the Role

  • The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the CSR programs and initiatives for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement projects in alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop work plans, budgets, and performance indicators.
  • Track progress of projects against goals and objectives.
  • Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
  • Supervise community liaison officers across sites and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, provide mentorship, and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Liaise with donors, partners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in external meetings, networks, and forums.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships for program expansion and sustainability.
  • Support fundraising and proposal writing efforts.
  • Contribute to grant applications, donor reports, and concept notes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in program management in the NGO or development sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling programs.
  • Strong understanding of project cycles, budgeting, and M&E frameworks.
