Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven HR professional with deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both skilled and unskilled labor. 
• The ideal candidate will lead and manage the talent acquisition process, ensuring the right candidates are hired efficiently and in alignment with the company’s workforce needs and culture. 
• This role requires a strong understanding of labor market trends, job profiling, and a hands-on approach to sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment cycle for skilled and unskilled positions – from job advertisement to onboarding.
• Develop job descriptions and job specifications tailored to each position level.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, agencies, community outreach, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and generate regular recruitment reports.
• Implement strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire while maintaining quality hires.
• Coordinate job fairs, open house events, and recruitment drives.
• Design and implement orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Develop relationships with vocational schools, training centers, and community organizations to access unskilled labor talent pools.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and suggest improvements.
• Support other HR functions as needed (employee relations, performance management, etc.)
