Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • HR Management.
  • Knowledge of labour law and compliance.
  • Managing day-to-day HR operations.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Implementing and coordinating training and development programmes.
  • Maintaining employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • HR certification requied.
  • Must be able to resume immediately.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
