Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Locations: Ikeja - Lagos & Ondo

Job Summary

• The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of facilities. 
• They will lead a team of cleaning staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of facilities.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and resources efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, incidents, and staff performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, with ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulation.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
