- Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
- Evidence of completion/exemption from the National Youth Service Corps.
- A pass in the Primary fellowship examination of the National Post Graduate Medical College of Nigeria or its equivalent in the relevant field.

Interested candidates are expected to pay a non-refundable sum of
Ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only in respect of the Ondo State Trauma and Surgical Centre to

The original teller should be submitted to the office of the "Chief Medical Director, Ondo State Trauma and Surgical Centre" to collect the application form.
A duly completed application form with detailed curriculum vitae and two (2) referees' letters should be submitted to the same office.
