Job Title: Operations Manager

Locations: Bwari, Kubwa & Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and help scale our business efficiently and effectively.
• As our Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our strategic goals. 
• You’ll lead cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and implement processes that support growth and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with company goals
• Lead and support teams through coaching, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards
• Ensure qaulity production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of operational management best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and operations software (e.g., ERP systems)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
