We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Description 

  • We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the executive team in managing projects, partnerships, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, calls, and media appearances.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and production teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials with a strong attention to detail.
  • Assist in planning and executing media events, premieres, and client meetings.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing media projects, productions, and campaigns.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain strict discretion at all times.
  • Support content development, social media coordination, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with departments including PR, production, talent management, and legal.
  • Maintain databases, contact lists, and organizational systems for efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND in Administration or a relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the media, entertainment, or creative industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and media tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, Slack).
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with media industry standards, language, and operations is a strong plus.

Salary
N120,000 - N160,000 monthly.
