Job Title: Spare Part Store Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Spare Part Store Officer is responsible for overseeing and supervising the inventory of spare parts by ensuring availability and ensure machinery efficiency, minimize downtime, and control maintenance costs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control spare parts inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages
• Conduct regular stock verification and ensure accurate updates in the ERP system
• Implement FIFO, proper storage conditions, and maintain quality of stock
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers for timely and quality delivery
• Analyze consumption data, forecast requirements, and prepare regular inventory and cost reports
• Drive continuous improvement by ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
