Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Truck/Fleet Supervisor to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company's truck, managing drivers and optimizing the trucks performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet operations and coordination.
- Driver supervision and performance optimization.
- Maintenance and safety compliance.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Incident prevention and resolution.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in relevant fields.
- Minimum of a year of experience in logistics/fleet management/truck supervision
- Strong organisation and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and transportation laws.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends when required.
