About the Role

• We are looking for a talented and versatile Intercontinental Chef to join our culinary team. 
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about global cuisine and capable of preparing a wide variety of international dishes to the highest standards. 
• You will be responsible for curating diverse menus, maintaining kitchen excellence, and delivering exceptional dining experiences that cater to a multicultural clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes from various international cuisines
• Develop and innovate menus that reflect global culinary trends
• Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards
• Manage kitchen staff and maintain efficient operations
• Oversee inventory and ensure quality control of ingredients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in intercontinental cuisine
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
• Strong knowledge of international cooking techniques and ingredients
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
