Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resource Officer to join our team. 
• In this role, you will support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 
• You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment and selection process
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
