Job Description

• We are looking for a Property & Leasing Manager who combines deep industry knowledge with a strong sales background to drive leasing performance, optimize property value, and lead client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leasing processes for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Oversee property marketing efforts including listings, open houses, and digital campaigns.
• Lead property inspections, contract negotiations, and documentation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to leasing officers and support staff.
• Maintain updated market analysis to inform pricing and rental trends.
• Ensure compliance with all leasing and property regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate sales.
• Strong sales portfolio with evidence of high-value closings and client retention.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of property law, leasing standards, and documentation.
• Proficiency in CRM software and leasing/property management platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., NIESV, RICS, or other local/international real estate bodies) are an added advantage.
• Experience with property portfolios in high-demand urban locations is highly desirable.
