Job Responsibilities
Operations and Maintenance:

• Maintaining the hall's cleanliness, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and facilities, and overseeing any necessary repairs or upgrades.

Booking and Event Management:

• Managing event bookings, coordinating logistics for events, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations during events.

Staff Management:

• Hiring, training, and supervising hall staff, including domestic and front-of-house personnel.

Customer Service:

• Providing excellent customer service to tenants, event organizers, and the general public.

Administrative Tasks:

• Managing administrative tasks, such as financial records, event schedules, and communication with tenants and stakeholders.

Health and Safety:

• Ensuring the hall is safe for all users by implementing and maintaining safety protocols.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

• Managing the hall's budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial stability.

Marketing and Sales:

• Promoting the hall's services and facilities to attract new bookings.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
