Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Creative Entrepreneur

Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid - mix of remote work (weekends) and physical presence)

About the Role

• We're seeking a highly organized and creative Personal Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur in the beauty and lifestyle industry. This role demands a unique blend of administrative expertise, creativity, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of personal brand and business-related tasks
• Coordinate projects, schedules, and logistics
• Provide administrative support, reminders, and follow-ups
• Collaborate on creative direction and content execution
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and partners
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant
• HND or BSc from a reputable institution
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Trustworthy, emotionally intelligent, and organized

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting entrepreneurs or creatives
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
• Interest in beauty, branding, and lifestyle management

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
