Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing information technology support
- Strong analytical skills and experience with systems analysis
- Experience in business analysis
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote position.
