Job Title: PA / Special Assistant on Logistics

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identification, strategic engagement, and liaison with local fashion designers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct scoping exercises for local fashion designers to establish linkages between the designers and The LL Brand
• Map relevant fashion designers and stakeholders in the promotion of African fashion designs
• Ensure awareness of The Brand amongst local fashion designers and other relevant stakeholders
• Negotiate business arrangements between African fashion designers and The Senator Brand
• Identify viable business opportunities for the Brand
• Identify viable markets for the Brand within the African continent and beyond
• Develop concept notes for engagements with fashion designers and stakeholders
• Define roles and responsibilities for partnerships between the Brand and selected designers
• Supervise production, packaging, and distribution of goods for The Legit Legislator Brand
• Work with designers towards large-scale production of The Legit Legislator Brand apparel of the highest standards and quality.
• Supervise quality packaging of all Brand products
• Identify cost-effective ways of efficiently distributing Brand products to relevant markets

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience in administration and executive assistant or related role.
• Desirable: a postgraduate degree in African studies, international relations, marketing, creative arts, social sciences or development, finance, business management
• Previous management experience is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
