We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Proper Filing of all Customers Receivable Invoices
• Ensure Proper Filing of all Expenses Vouchers
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements
• Ensure proper capturing of accounts payables and reconciliation of accounts payables on monthly basis
• Ensure Proper and Accurate Capturing of all Customers Receivable Invoices into Company Data Base
• Ensure Proper and Accurate Capturing of all Expenses Vouchers into Company DataBase
• Undertake Company Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Prepare Account up to the Trial Balance 
• Collate Companies Weekly & Monthly Budget Forecast and Expenses
• Assist in Annual Companies Stock Taking Exercise as Directed 
• Undertakes Other Assignment as required from time to time.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• BSc / HND in Accounting or Finance Related Disciplines 
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years Experience
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
