Job Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fashion Sales Manager to lead our retail store in Ikeja. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, manage the sales team, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Manage daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Create visual merchandising displays that attract and engage customers
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Stay updated on fashion trends and market developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management
- Experience in a retail store is important
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fashion industry knowledge and trend awareness
