Job Summary
- The General Services Analyst will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of general services, including travel logistics, facility management, journey management, and event planning.
- This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure seamless service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in general services, travel logistics, facility management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian Immigration processes and travel documentation.
- Proven experience in event management and corporate travel coordination.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Excel software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
