We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Locations: Victoria Island and Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Monday - Sunday (A scheduled day off between Monday and Wednesday)
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (Morning Shift) and 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Afternoon Shift)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly
• Takes in-store customers’ orders
• Assist customers with the placement of orders.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Process the customer’s payment.
• Ensure that every customer gets a proof of payment for all of their purchase.
• Ensure that each customer enjoys a good experience.
• Supply management (through the Store Front Manager) with reports on customers’ needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Keeping a record of the client’s feedback and forwarding it to the management
• Maintain a database of customer contact
• Undertake other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• OND in any course of study
• Proximity to the location is required.
