Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We're seeking an experienced Salesperson to drive business growth for our Recruitment and Training consulting firm. 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Southwest region of Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Recruitment and Training services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Training, and Delivery) to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in Recruitment and Training industry.
  • Strong network and experience in Southwest Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Recruitment and Training services.
