Job Description
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- The role requires strategic planning, market research, and the ability to close deals that align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Prepare and deliver effective pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by management
- Provide regular reports on progress and forecasting
- Identify new market trends and competitor activities
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- MBA or professional certifications in sales/marketing (an advantage)
Experience:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong track record of achieving targets and growing a business
- Experience in client-facing roles and B2B sales is preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for meetings and networking
- Must have a proactive and professional attitude
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Background check may be required.
