We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chinese Cook

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Preparing and cooking Chinese dishes, including wok-cooking, steaming, and grilling.
• Ingredient Management: Ensuring ingredients are fresh, preparing them according to recipes, and storing them properly.
• Recipe Adherence: Following recipes and/or product directions for preparing menu items.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Presentation: Presenting and garnishing dishes to enhance the customer experience.
• Work Area Management: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other kitchen staff and communicating with management regarding needs or issues.
• Inventory Management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
