Job Summary

• The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to management, helping to align human resources initiatives with the organizational goals. This individual will provide HR support across retention, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development to enhance business performance and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum BSc / HND in relevant field
• 3 years Relevant Experience
• HR Certification is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills 
• Use of Microsoft Office
