We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Marketer will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and increasing brand awareness for the company's products. 
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and direct consumers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Organize and participate in promotional activities such as market activations, fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure proper visibility and branding of products in the market.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
  • Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Salary
NGN 200,000 per month.
