Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of their hospitality business. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring top-tier customer service and addressing complaints effectively.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures to ensure operational profitability.
• Oversee marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws, health and safety regulations, and hospitality industry standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operations.
• Innovate and implement service improvements to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting experience.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Salary
N500,000 Monthly.
