We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and file statutory financial reports, including tax returns and VAT filings, in compliance with local laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments and deductions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit documents as required.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights on financial performance to management.
  • Monitor and manage company expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years
  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in federal and state tax related issue
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
