Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resource Officer to lead our HR operations. 
  • This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to create a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture, handle employee grievances, and ensure effective communication between staff and management.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and provide support for employee growth and development.
  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and labor laws.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring progress, etc.).
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring fair and competitive packages.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification  is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years
  • Experience in both strategic planning and hands-on HR management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resource management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
