Job Title: Managing Director

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What does the job involve?

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth and market dominance.
• Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain management.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding market reach and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the consumer electronics industry.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing management team to achieve business. objectives.
• Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations, industry events, and government relations.
• Monitor industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
• Report to the board of directors and provide insights on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements (Non – Negotiable)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in market expansion, distribution networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Financial management expertise, including P&L oversight and investment strategies.
