Job Title: Training Sales Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• We're seeking an experienced Training Sales Officer to drive business growth for our Training and Recruitment consulting firm. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and selling training programs to companies and institutions. 
• This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with potential to move into the Head of Training position.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for training services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Training, Delivery, and Operations) to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in training or education industry.
• Strong network and experience in selling training programs to companies and institutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong understanding of training and development principles.
