Job Summary
- Our client is urgently recruiting for the role of a Business Development and Administrative Officer who will support the industry's growth and operations by identifying market opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, managing sales activities, and overseeing essential administrative tasks.
- The role combines external-facing business development with internal coordination and operational support.
Key Duties
- Conduct market research and develop strategies for business growth.
- Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, HMOs, and government agencies.
- Manage client relationships and drive sales initiatives to meet revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements.
- Provide administrative support, coordinate internal activities, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain documentation, manage communication with vendors, and support compliance.
- Assist with internal planning, performance tracking, and project coordination.
Requirements
- BSc/BA/HND in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
- At least 2 years work experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and document management.
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record and market knowledge
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Time management and planning skills.
