We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare ingredients, such as chopping, slicing, and dicing.
• Assist with dishwashing and sanitizing utensils and equipment.
• Follow kitchen protocols and safety procedures.
• Support kitchen staff in food preparation and service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) with experience.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• You are required to work everyday on shift bases from Tuesday to Sunday.
• Morning shift : 7am - 2pm.
• Evening shift : 3pm - 10pm.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / Month.
