Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our hospital infrastructure. 
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing facilities within a healthcare or hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise facility staff and coordinate with external service providers.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
