Job Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Procurement Officer to support our hospital operations. 
• The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a strong background in administrative duties and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support hospital departments.
• Coordinate procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.
• Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
