Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Redemption Camp, Ogun

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Summary
- As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right hand of the CEO, managing schedules, communication, meetings, confidential projects, and a wide range of executivelevel support tasks.
- This role requires emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize travel, logistics, and event planning
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an executive support role (healthcare or NGO experience is an advantage)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- A calm demeanor, flexible mindset, and service-oriented attitude.
