Job Title: Team Member, Payable and Disbursement

Job Description
- Team member, payables and disbursement: The role of Team Member, Payables and Disbursement is to support the Team Lead Payables in discharge of duties in the payables section.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff and vendors claims are discharged on a timely manner.
- Monitoring bank payments and address any returns.
- Daily reconciliation of payables.
- Ensure all taxes are collected at source on timely manner.
- Prompt remittance of such withheld and all other taxes to requisite authorities.
- Actively accrue for any company expenditure periodically as appropriate.
Qualifications
- B.Sc or equivalent in Accounting or Economics.
- Professional certification (ACA, AIB mainly).
- Exposure to Disbursement operations for at least 3 years in a large commercial establishment.
- Strong IT skills.
- Strong interpersonal skill.
- Knowledge reconciliations and payables best practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and timely delivery.
