Responsibilities

• Answering Inquiries: Responding to customer questions about cakes, flavors, sizes, pricing, and special orders.
• Resolving Complaints: Addressing and resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, or product quality in a professional and timely manner.
• Processing Orders: Taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate order details.
• Providing Product Information: Explaining cake features, ingredients, and customization options.
• Managing Customer Records: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and preferences.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Going above and beyond to meet customer needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Making Recommendations:Suggesting cake options based on customer preferences and needs.
• Potential Sales Activities: Upselling or cross-selling other products or services.
• Following Up: Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
• Collaboration: Working with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflows and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 2 years experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
