Job Responsibilities
- Identifying sales opportunities:Find new customers and sales opportunities
- Making presentations:Persuade customers to buy products or services
- Negotiating prices:Discuss prices and terms with customers
- Preparing sales agreements:Create sales agreements based on negotiations
- Processing sales:Process sales transactions and operate the cash register
- Building customer relationships
- Following up with customers:Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues
- Encouraging repeat business:Foster ongoing relationships with customers
- Providing excellent customer service:Provide support and resolve customer complaints
- Managing sales records
- Organizing sales documentation:Track performance and ensure compliance
- Maintaining contact lists:Keep track of customers and maintain sales records
- Meeting sales goals:Contribute to the sales team by meeting deadlines and goals
- Staying up-to-date
- Staying knowledgeable:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 3 years experience.
