Job Title: Head of B2B Sales and Marketing

Summary
  • We're recruiting for the position of Head of B2B Marketing, a senior member of the team that will be responsible for executing sales and partnership strategies to develop our B2B client base across Nigeria.
  • The Head of B2B Sales and Marketing develops strategies for acquiring new business - and retaining current clients - across multiple B2B product lines, including Easy Taxi Corporate.
  • The Head will also develop, manage, and coordinate B2B sales and marketing teams in Lagos and Abuja, while leading critical prospecting activities across the company.
  • In addition to designing and implementing key processes, designing training materials and resources, and working collaboratively with other departments to drive revenue, the Head of B2B Sales and Marketing will also model excellent performance in identifying prospects, pitching relevant products, maintaining relationships with clients, and gathering feedback to continually improve the user/client experience.
Responsibilities
  • High-level prospecting activities, including cold calling, e-marketing, and networking to source for potential business.
  • Tracking and monitoring team performance in lead sourcing, qualification, and closing deals.
  • Supporting the MD in high stakeholder enterprise level meetings about ET's corporate solutions
  • Negotiating contract terms and agreements in alignment with company strategy and sales objectives
  • Reviewing and improving individual and team sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Developing expertise of our market by deepening customers' businesses and requirements via each engagement (even in case of no sale)
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
KPIs:
  • # NEW CONTRACTS by Team
  • # AVG. CONTRACT VALUE by Team.
Basic Qualifications
  • 4-6 years cumulative experience in direct sales, sales management, business development, territory management, and client engagement
  • Experience producing and delivering compelling persuasive presentation
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills (as may be responsible for developing junior team members and growing sales team)
  • Must be comfortable presenting ideas to internal and external clients, receptive of feedback and quick to apply changes
  • Excellent team player <-- and we really mean this
  • Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well.
