Job Summary

• As the Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting the company’s loan products. 
• This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with strong marketing and analytical skills in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to achieve the company’s goals.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
• Develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and business relationships to drive new revenue streams.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback.

Requirements

• BSC in business administration, marketing, or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with deep operations in microfinance banking.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
