Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the competitive landscape.
