Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Social Science, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in human resources, career coaching, learning and development, preferable in a higher education setting.
• Strong knowledge of career development theories, assessment tools, and job market trends.
